Into your Head is a “Podcast”- a radio show that you can “subscribe” to (free) so new episodes find their way to your computer, or even your portable music player as soon as I put them up:How to get the podcast:
First off, download Itunes free from Itunes or Apples or some goddam place. Use Itunes to go into the Itunes store, search for “Into Your Head” in their podcast directory, and hit “subscribe”. Now your Itunes will download new shows as soon as we put them up, and you can even have them sync automatically to your I-pod. If you’re subscribing using something other than I-tunes (for example, a cat), you’ll need to paste the following feed address in somewhere: http://feeds.feedburner.com/IntoYourHead———————————————————————————————–

All our recent episodes are under 10mbs, in size, so iPhone users will even be able to download through the cell network! Two ways:1. Podcast download on iPhone:
First, get the latest iPhone 2.2 software update – just sync your device to iTunes and it’ll offer to do that for you. You can download either by wifi, directly to your device, or throught the cell network, anywhere! If you’ve listened to all the episodes on you iPhone / iPod, scroll down and tap “get more episodes”. Or if you’re not already subscribed, go into the iTunes store on your device, and search for Into Your Head.2. Safari on iPhone (streaming) : Go to IntoYourHead.com on your iPhone’s Safari browser, (after you’ve updated your iPhone software to version 2.2), tap on “Listen / Download” for any show, and it’ll play the episode instantly using the built-in thingeyoke.
