Jail break released for unjailbreakable new version of iPhone 3Gs
_____________________________________________________________
Remember all that panic over the newest versions of the iPhone 3Gs? How Apple had done something to them that made them impossible, or at least much more difficult, to jailbreak?
Well, the jail break for those devices would be the new version of Blackrain / Blackra1n / Blac5rain, / B880255797, now available.
For newer 3Gs (as a rough guide, models purchased in the last eight weeks or so may be affected), you have to plug your phone into the computer every time you reboot it. Also known as a “tethered” boot. Otherwise your data gets wiped and you have to start again.
But it’s an improvement on “impossible”, isn’t it?
If you still haven’t jail broken your older iPhone 3GS or earlier models, here’s our easy to follow step-by-step guide
